Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
How to Request a Return

- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return (if applicable)
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Important
- Do not send any item back without contacting us first.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Addresses
Depending on where your order was shipped from, the return address may differ. Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions.
China Warehouse

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
UK Warehouse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item or size
Contact us immediately at contact@azifits.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Beauty or personal care products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges for eligible items.
If you would like a different size, please contact us at contact@azifits.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unworn and unused
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide the correct return address.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must still meet the standard return conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- Original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase included
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are sent to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
Please note:
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
